◎简 介
故事发生在16世纪，当时敌对的军阀为控制日本而战。大名织田信长意图控制日本，在与几个势力开战时，他的一个家臣荒木村重发动了叛乱，并迅速消失。
信长召集了包括光秀和秀吉在内的其他家臣，命令他们抓住逃亡的村重，并警告说：“谁最努力，我就选谁做我的接班人。”
